Hi! I’m Shannon Littlejohn Burnes and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m the owner of Resilience Physiotherapy & for over a decade I’ve been a practicing Physiotherapist in Toronto’s Annex area. Through years of practice and ongoing education, I continue to be fascinated by the human body & I’ve learned that more often than not, many aches and pains have a deeper root cause.

Every patient’s dysfunction is a new puzzle for me and my team to solve and we love putting the pieces together! I pride myself on my ability to genuinely connect with you so that you feel seen and heard, and aim to make your Physiotherapy sessions an enjoyable experience. I chose each of my team members with these particular qualities in mind.

We understand how frustrating it can be to navigate the healthcare system and want to guide you to feel good in your body. We are on a mission to take away any fear you may have, and encourage you to be an active participant in your recovery.
