    Initial assessment ($165)

    Your first one-on-one visit will be an hour long and will include enough time for a full assessment, treatment and a few rehabilitation exercises to start you off. These sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually- whichever feels best for you!

    Follow-up Physiotherapy Sessions: 30 minutes ($95), 45 minutes ($130) or 60 minutes ($165)

    In your one-on-one follow-up sessions, we use a combination of techniques to improve your condition and progress your exercise rehabilitation program. The number of follow-up sessions you require will depend on the complexity of your condition and how well you progress! Whether working together virtually or in-person, together we will come up with a plan that works for you.

    Orthopaedic Manual Physiotherapy

    After a thorough clinical assessment, we use many hands-on techniques to treat your issue. These include advanced joint mobilization, joint manipulation, nerve mobilization and soft tissue release.

    Exercise Rehabilitation

    Each patient receives a tailored program of strengthening and mobilization exercises to correct imbalance and help accelerate recovery. We incorporate a lot of mat pilates exercises to aid with core and glute strengthening.

    Acupuncture

    Using traditional Chinese acupuncture points, needles are inserted to promote blood flow and circulation to an injured area with the goal of restoring balance. This in turn helps to reduce pain & inflammation.

    Gunn IMS (dry needling)

    By deeply inserting an acupuncture needle into ropey bands of muscle or trigger points, a release occurs that restores the muscle to normal length alleviating the pressure and pain it was causing.

    Pre and Post Orthopaedic Surgery

    We have extensive experience treating people pre and post orthopaedic surgery. By building strength and increasing mobility pre surgery, you improve your chance of a swift recovery post operatively. Concurrently, having a physiotherapist guide your post-operative recovery is also very beneficial in improving your results and returning you to normal function!

    Clinical Pilates

    Clinical Pilates is a patient-specific treatment. It is beneficial for those recovering from an injury and for pain management. Each individual is assessed by a Registered Physiotherapist, and utilizing the mat, large equipment (reformer, tower), and small equipment (arc, foam roller, stability ball etc.) a program is tailored to the specific needs of each client based on their assessment findings.
