The Resilience Recovery Framework is a structured, 4-phase program designed to return
you to the activities you love — with a body that performs better than it did before your injury.

The Four Phases

Each phase is evidence-informed and personalised to your starting point. Your therapist confirms your readiness before you advance. Most clients spend approximately 4-6 months progressing through the active phases of the framework, although timelines vary based on injury complexity, goals, and previous training experience.

Reset & Stabilize

Calm pain. Restore mobility. Regain control.

The foundation of your recovery — settling your nervous system and reclaiming comfortable, controlled movement.

1–2 sessions/week + 3–4 days

1 session/week or fortnightly + 3–4 days home exercise

The final phase of the Resilience Recovery Framework is where progress is maintained and built upon over time.

Once symptoms have resolved and function has been restored, the focus shifts toward keeping your body strong, capable, and resilient so you can stay active and reduce the likelihood of setbacks.

This phase combines ongoing clinical oversight with structured exercise progression to help you continue moving forward with confidence.
